To those of you unfamiliar with cross training, this commissioned story should more than put it in perspective. To a lot of people it's become a lifestyle where one prioritises their health through exercising in many different domains at a high intensity. It's probably the best way to reach your fitness goals. Kru Stelios Panagiotou's Cross Training regime will do just that. What I really liked about this shoot apart from the rich visuals was the team atmosphere and family-like vibe that flowed through the workout. There was a consistently good energy between the individuals involved and it was definitely something bigger than just getting a workout.
